Healthy Habits

Staying Healthy has been a popular mantra nowadays. Lets go through some routine of healthy people :


  1. They play sports.
  2. They move at least for thirty minutes.
  3.  They get outside.
  4. They get right amount of sleep.
  5. They go offline.
  6. They stretch.
  7.  They learn something new.
  8. They meditate regularly.
  9. They do body weight exercises.
  10. They eat by color.
